轧制压力横向分布规律对快速轧辊轧件一体化模型的建立、轧辊磨损及辊形预测具有重要的意义。为简洁有效地描述轧制压力横向分布,提出了轧制压力横向分布表征指标,即边中比、高次程度、一次非对称度及三次非对称度。通过有限单元法建立了轧件三维弹塑性变形模型,并根据实测数据对模型边界条件进行设置,研究了不同因素影响下的轧制压力横向分布规律。考虑到各生产因素对轧制压力横向分布的影响不完全独立,不易获得函数表达式,以多组工况下有限元仿真结果为基础,建立多生产因素影响下的轧制压力横向分布人工神经网络预测模型,为轧辊轧件一体化快速计算模型的建立奠定了基础。
The law of transverse distribution of rolling pressure is of great significance to the establishment of an integrated model of rapid rolling stock, roll wear and roll prediction. In order to describe the transverse distribution of rolling pressure concisely and effectively, the lateral pressure distribution index of rolling pressure is proposed, that is, the edge-to-middle ratio, the high order degree, the first asymmetry degree and the third asymmetry degree. The three-dimensional elastic-plastic deformation model of the rolling stock was established by finite element method. The boundary conditions of the model were set according to the measured data. The transverse distribution of rolling pressure under different factors was studied. Considering that the influence of production factors on the transverse distribution of rolling pressure is not completely independent, it is not easy to obtain the function expression. Based on the finite element simulation results under multiple working conditions, the rolling pressure transverse distribution artificial neural The network prediction model lays the foundation for the establishment of a rapid calculation model for the integration of rolling and rolling materials.
