胺类试剂曾经作为PET的一种刻蚀剂以显示材料的微结构。本文所述工作把PET-甲胺归结为化学应力开裂系统。含量为30%的甲胺水溶液作为试剂,用SEM观察了不同力学和热处理历史以及不同受力状态下PET纤维的化学应力裂缝和断裂面形态,用GPC测定PET长链分子甲胺作用下链长的变化,利用精巧的纤维剥皮技术研究渗透性对应力开裂的影响,提出用高聚物断裂力学的微观机理来解释化学应力开裂过程。认为材料加工过程
Amine reagents used as an etchant for PET to show the microstructure of the material. The work described in this article attributes PET-methylamine to a chemical stress cracking system.
