建立了台式偏振X射线荧光能谱法直接进样测试水体中重金属元素Mn、Ni、Cu、Zn、Pb的方法。通过对标准物质的测试,结果与标准值较为接近,标准偏差较低。表明该方法可用于水体中重金属元素的测试,且可多元素同时分析,具有误差小、稳定性好等特点。
A method of direct injection of heavy metal elements Mn, Ni, Cu, Zn and Pb in water by bench-top polarization X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was established. Through the test of the standard substance, the result is close to the standard value, and the standard deviation is lower. The results show that this method can be used for the determination of heavy metal elements in water and can be used for simultaneous analysis of multiple elements with small error and good stability.
