某机构有一主轴,端部设计有110×110内方孔,且方孔四周有R10圆角,见图1。由于方孔距轴端较远,尺寸精度要求高,且主轴总长为1365,这给加工带来很大困难。我们针对该方孔在加工时看不见,模不着的特点,设计了一个专用模板。将内方孔引至轴端进行加工,从而变成不但看得见,而且可以测量,取得了满意的效果。加工方孔时,先做模板(结构见图2),并将它固定在主轴端部,在加工过程中,模板始终与主轴联接在一起。首先利用模板上孔4-φ20F8作为钻模,加工
