“八五”初期,我们着眼从大自然中探寻绿色食品新品种。经系统研究认为:从优质豆科饲料植物中筛选的白三叶,其嫩叶可作为绿色食品。三叶菜可自我制造养分,无需化肥,抗病虫能力强,无需农药,富含营养,成分全面,安全无毒,色香味俱全。 一、种子种植 三叶菜种子极小,千粒重仅 0.5-0.7g,一般在8月下旬至9月上旬播种,要求田内无杂草,泥土细碎或少免耕直播套播。三叶菜出芽立苗要求土壤墒情好,湿润无积水。据观察,8月下旬播种三叶菜,湿润情况下至9月底三叶菜达3组叶片,至越冬始期可达10组叶片左右;9月底播种的,至越冬始期为6组叶片左右;而11月初播种的,至越冬始期仅2组叶片。 秋播三叶菜种子,其出苗生长的繁茂性与播种密度密切相关。据测定,秋播立苗27株/m~2的,翌年春天进入初花时,生长量最大为531.8g/m~2,而立苗273株的,可达4990.9g/m~2。秋播的翌年6月份生长量鲜重为 675g/m~2,到 9月份达 938g/m~2,第二年6月达2786g/m~2,即为第一年春季生长量的4倍以上。
In the beginning of the Eighth Five-Year Plan, we focused on exploring new varieties of green food from nature. According to the systematic research, the white clover selected from high-quality legume forage plants can be used as green food.
