柔韧性对游泳运动有着特殊的意义,柔韧性的好与坏不仅影响完成动作的幅度,还影响动作技术的效果。而少年游泳运动员在这一时期是发展柔韧性的敏感期,因此,这一时期抓好少年游泳运动员的柔韧性训练非常重要。本文通过对柔韧性概念和训练依据的阐述,结合少年游泳运动员的特点和柔韧性训练的方法手段,简析少年游泳运动员柔韧性的发展。
Flexibility has a special meaning for swimming, and the goodness and badness of flexibility not only affect the magnitude of the action, but also the effect of the action technique. The juvenile swimmer is the sensitive period to develop flexibility during this period, so it is very important to grasp the juvenile swimmer’s flexibility training during this period. This article analyzes the concept of flexibility and the basis of training, and combines the characteristics of juvenile swimmers with the methods of flexible training to analyze the development of flexibility of juvenile swimmers.
