本文对西德Rexroth公司生产的DB型高压溢流阀的结构特点与性能的关系进行了分析,并以其中的DB20阀为例,对它的静、动态特性进行了数字仿真。在本文中,动态方程的建立是采用功率键合图。功率键合图在用于分析液压系统的动态过程是十分有效的。本文对我国设计新型的压力阀提供了一定的理论依据。
In this paper, the relationship between the structural characteristics and performance of the DB type high pressure relief valve produced by West Germany Rexroth Company was analyzed. The DB20 valve was taken as an example to simulate its static and dynamic characteristics. In this paper, the establishment of dynamic equations is the use of power bond diagram. Power-bond diagrams are very effective in analyzing dynamic processes in hydraulic systems. This article provides a certain theoretical basis for designing a new type of pressure valve in our country.
