为了分析原材料对改性沥青短期老化特性的影响,对5种基质沥青、5种改性剂和5个不同的改性剂掺量进行五水平三因素正交试验设计。使用改性沥青老化后与老化前的复数模量比K1与相位角比K2表征改性沥青的老化特性。研究结果表明:经过短期老化的改性沥青复数模量增长1.5倍以上,基质沥青类型对复数模量比值影响显著;沥青老化前后相位角比值在0.913~1.136之间,改性剂掺量是影响相位角变化的主要因素,表现为随改性剂掺量的增加相位角比值增大。
In order to analyze the effect of raw materials on the short-term aging properties of modified asphalt, five levels of three factors orthogonal design were applied to five kinds of matrix asphalt, five kinds of modifiers and five different modifiers. The aging characteristics of modified asphalt were characterized by using complex modulus ratio K1 and phase angle ratio K2 before and after aging. The results show that the moduli of matrix asphalt affect the ratio of complex modulus significantly when the complex modulus of short-aged aged modified asphalt is more than 1.5 times; the phase angle ratio before and after aging of asphalt is between 0.913 and 1.136, and the content of modifier is affected The main factors of phase angle change are as follows: the phase angle ratio increases with the increase of modifier content.
