利用柠条、沙柳制造刨花板,拓宽了刨花板的原料来源,本文研究了柠条、沙柳刨花板密度与性能的关系并采用正交试验的方法研究了柠条、沙柳混合原料制造刨花板的工艺,并对其混合比例进行了试验,研究结果表明,利用沙柳、柠条生产刨花板是完全可行的,当刨花板密度为0.7g/mm3时,表芯层施胶量分别为13%、9%,石蜡施加量为1%时,产品性能指标分别达到国际一等品和二等品的标准要求,混合比例适当可以改善单一原料制造刨花板的性能。为工业化生产提供了技术保证。
