本研究在分析国外社区心理服务的基础上,结合我国国情和社区特点,研究不同群体心理健康的需求,提出了我国社区心理服务模式的应然体系。“应然体系”包含两部分的内容:元服务和个性化服务。元服务即社区心理服务共性化部分,是社区心理服务的根本,涉及政策和资金支持、标准化体系建设、服务形式多样化、服务流程管理,在标准化体系建设中提出了“社区健心中心(房)”的建设,有助于从物质层面落实社区心理服务建设。个性化服务,对心理困扰高发人群进行关注,如老年人、青少年、社区矫正人员、失独家庭,将其纳入三级预防机制体系内,以更好地实施应对措施。 Based on the analysis of the psychological services of the community in foreign countries, this study, combined with the characteristics of our country and the community, studies the needs of the mental health of different groups and puts forward the system of the community psychological service in our country. “Should system” contains two parts: meta-services and personalized service. Meta-service is the common part of community psychology service, which is the basic of community psychology service. It involves policy and financial support, standardization system construction, diversified service forms and service process management. In the standardization system construction, “Community Health Care Center Room) ”construction, contribute to the implementation of community psychological services from the material level. Personalized services to pay attention to people with high psychological distress, such as the elderly, youths, community correction workers and families who have lost their independence, are included in the tertiary prevention mechanism to better implement the response measures.
