自上世纪末实行住房体制改革,我国的房地产业进入了一个蓬勃发展的阶段。房地产业已成为拉动我国经济增长的支柱产业,为我国经济的飞速发展做出了重大贡献。但由于房地产金融在我国发展起步较晚,体制尚不成熟,加之行业本身的特点,实际运营中存在各种风险,对房地产业的正常运行造成影响。因此对其进行剖析,并找出规避房地产金融风险的对策,对整个房地产金融业,乃至国民经济的稳定发展具有重要意义。
Since the end of last century, the implementation of housing system reform, China’s real estate industry has entered a booming stage. The real estate industry has become the pillar industry that drives China’s economic growth and has made significant contributions to the rapid economic development of our country. However, due to the late start of the development of real estate finance in our country and the immature system, combined with the characteristics of the industry itself, there are various risks in the actual operation, which will affect the normal operation of the real estate industry. Therefore, it is of great significance to conduct an analysis and find out the countermeasures to avoid the real estate financial risk, which is of great significance to the entire real estate finance industry and even the stable development of the national economy.
