为了确认换热器封头中挡板的存在对出口管嘴中流场均匀性的影响 ,需要对封头及出口管嘴中的流场进行数值模拟 .计算中采用k ε两方程模型 ,利用区域扩充方法来模拟复杂的几何形状 ,并进行了耦合计算 ,对流体区域内的阶梯形固体边界提出了一种实施壁面函数法的方法 .计算了Re从 10 4 ~ 2× 10 7范围的一系列工况 ,得出了流经出水管段阻力系数等一些有用的结果 ,并表明了入口挡板对出水管中流场均匀性的影响 .
In order to confirm the influence of the baffle in the head of the heat exchanger on the uniformity of the flow field in the outlet nozzle, the numerical simulation of the flow field in the nozzle and the outlet nozzle needs to be carried out.
