用透射电镜观察了感染洞庭湖外睾吸虫后钉螺卵巢的病理变化,比较正常钉螺卵巢小管内的卵原细胞,感染螺卵原细胞各细胞器出现明显的超微病理变化,主要表现在线粒体肿胀、粗面内织网脱颗粒、多聚核蛋白体解体、次级溶酶体增加、胞质内出现脂内包含物、高尔基体明显减少、染色质边集和细胞呈筛状等病变。这些病理变化影响钉螺卵巢内卵细胞的生成,造成钉螺产卵量的减少。
Transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the pathological changes of snail ovary after infection with Clonorchis sinensis in Dongting Lake. Compared with the normal control group, the oogonium in ovary tubules of the snail ovary showed obvious ultrastructural changes in organelles. The main manifestations were mitochondria swelling, Roughness of the internal network degranulation, disintegration of polyribosomes, increased secondary lysosomes, cytoplasmic lipid content, significant reduction of Golgi apparatus, chromatin marginal set and cells were sieve-like lesions. These pathological changes affect the generation of egg cells in snail ovaries, resulting in the reduction of oviposition.
