随着烟草行业的改革发展,烟草商业企业不断有新员工入职,为企业发展注入了新鲜血液、增添了新生力量。加强新员工的培养教育,使他们尽快融入企业、进入角色,逐步适应、胜任岗位需求,是企业思想政治工作的重要一环,也是企业持续健康发展的需要。笔者结合工作实践,谈一谈对新员工培养教育问题。
With the reform and development of the tobacco industry, new tobacco companies continue to hire new employees, injecting new blood into the business development and adding new forces. Strengthening the cultivation and education of new employees so that they can quickly integrate themselves into their businesses, enter their roles and gradually adapt to their job requirements is an important part of their ideological and political work as well as the need for their sustained and healthy development. The author combines work practices, talk about training new employees on the issue of education.
