在新课改的背景下,英语教学对教师与学生提出了较高的要求。尤其乡村学生因缺乏自信、不善表达等原因造成不想学、不爱学、不深学的问题,这对乡村英语教师来说要构建以学生为中心的教学模式是巨大的挑战。因此,乡村英语教师在英语教学中要构建“转”“传”“带”的多元教学模式,通过“转角色转教法转学法”“传经验传技巧传心得”“先进带后进,后进学先进,学生带学生”的方式,以教学资源、课堂活动充分调动学生学习的积极性,达到教师教有所成、学生学有所获的目的。
