大鼠被广泛用于化合物的急慢性毒性测定和药理毒理作用研究,也经常用于建立心血管疾病模型。70年代以来,直接测取大鼠左室心肌收缩性能指标陆续有所报道,但多用开胸心室穿刺或插管的方法。土屋雅之改用颈动脉左室导管后,国内有作者报道过用此法测定的结果,Kopp并用了尖端有微型压力传感器的左心导管。但文献中主要指标差别较大,且缺乏动态测定的资料。我们亦用颈动脉插管法测定正常大鼠在2小时内的左室等容收缩相心肌收缩性能指标,并验证了去甲肾上腺素、心得安的变力性影响。
