方钢管再生混凝土短柱轴压承载性能试验研究

为了研究方钢管再生混凝土短柱的轴压承载性能,以再生粗骨料取代率为主要变化参数,设计了11个方钢管再生混凝土试件进行轴压试验。试验结果表明:方钢管再生混凝土的破坏形态与普通方钢管混凝土相似,呈斜压破坏,再生粗骨料取代率变化对方钢管再生混凝土的承载性能影响不明显。采用统一强度理论、叠加计算理论对方钢管再生混凝土短柱的极限承载力进行了计算和分析,结果表明两种理论的计算结果均小于试验值,偏于安全,综合经济性考虑,建议采用统一强度理论的计算公式对方钢管再生混凝土短柱进行设计。最后根据试验数据拟合了方钢管再生混凝土应力-应变关系的全过程表达式。 In order to study the axial compressive bearing capacity of square steel tube recycled concrete short columns, taking the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate as the main parameter, 11 axial concrete specimens with square steel tube were designed for axial compression test. The test results show that the failure mode of square steel tube recycled concrete is similar to that of ordinary square steel tube, and it is under baroclinic failure. The change of recycled coarse aggregate substitution has no obvious influence on the bearing capacity of recycled concrete. The calculation and analysis of the ultimate bearing capacity of the concrete filled steel tubular short column with the unified strength theory and the superposition calculation theory show that the calculated results of the two theories are all less than the experimental values. Finally, according to the test data, the whole process expression of stress-strain relationship of square steel tube recycled concrete is fitted.
