职业教育的灵魂从其本质来说,就是“社会性”。我国职业教育的发展历程,不管是借鉴美国的宽专多能型,即CEB模式,德国的“双元制”模式,还是加拿大的学分互认模式,奥地利的“模拟公司”模式,归根到底都是要对学生的出路负责,要为社会培养合格的专业技术人才,充分体现出职业教育的社会性。立足打造区域职教特色,创“三足鼎立”办学新模式,也体现出职业教育的社会性。
