《Fin. Times》报道,克林顿政权为了实现2000年以前高技术产品出口年均增长5%的目标,开始放宽出口限制。对东欧、中国的计算机出口上限规定为500Mtops。出口许可证的发放大大加快。进出口银行将为高技术产品提供1.5亿美元/年的支援。
According to “Fin. Times”, the Clinton Administration began to relax its export restrictions in order to achieve the goal of an annual increase of 5% in exports of high-tech products by the year 2000. The computer export ceiling for Eastern Europe and China is set at 500Mtops. The issuance of export licenses has been greatly accelerated. The Export-Import Bank will provide 150 million U.S. dollars/year of support for high-tech products.
