目的介绍近年来对天然黄酮类物质—槲皮素的相关基础研究进展。方法通过检索近年来国内外关于槲皮素研究的相关文章31篇,从其调节细胞应激反应和肿瘤抑制作用方面对文献进行整理和总结。结果氧化应激、免疫炎症反应和原癌应激,是组织细胞基本的应激反应,而槲皮素能够通过影响细胞应答反应,保护组织细胞免受损伤,维持细胞稳态,同时对于肿瘤细胞,槲皮素也能够通过多种机制发挥抗肿瘤作用。结论槲皮素具有多种生物活性和功能,其抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤、潜在促氧化等特性,在多方面发挥着巨大的潜力,具有较高的基础研究和临床应用价值。
Objective To introduce the recent research progress on the related basic of quercetin, a natural flavonoid. Methods By reviewing 31 articles related to quercetin research in recent years, the literature was collated and summarized from the aspects of regulating cellular stress response and tumor suppression. Results Oxidative stress, immune and inflammatory reactions and proto-oncogenes stress were the basic stress responses of tissue cells. Quercetin could protect cells from damage and maintain cell homeostasis by affecting cell response, Quercetin also exerts antitumor effects through a variety of mechanisms. Conclusions Quercetin possesses a variety of biological activities and functions. Its anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and pro-oxidative potentials have great potential in many aspects and have high basic research and clinical application value.
