长大货物车采用多导向机构能解决一个难题,即由于大型货物宽度相当宽,而且在曲线上车体中部的內偏倚量很大,车体可能超出建筑接近限界之外。本文导出了车辆用內或中导向过曲线时车体心盘外偏量的计算公式。车辆用內导向通过曲线的试验值与这些公式的计算值颇接近。进一步,按照运行安全条件——车体不得超出货物装载限界和心盘侧偏值不得超过允许限度,建立了综合曲线图。用图详细讨论厂货物装载限界、货物和多导向钳夹车之间的制约关系。利用综合曲线图可满意地设计內、中导向的最佳位置和确定內、外导向对不同货物和运输条件的适应能力。
The use of a multi-directional mechanism in a long-haul cargo wagon can solve the problem that due to the wide width of large cargo and the large amount of internal lean in the center of the bodyshell on the curve, the body may exceed the building’s proximity limits. In this paper, the formula for calculating the off-center offset of the vehicle body when the vehicle is passing through the curve is derived. The test values for the internal guide-through curves for vehicles are quite close to the calculated values for these formulas. Further, in accordance with operational safety conditions - the body should not exceed the cargo loading limits and the lateral deflection of the disc should not exceed the allowable limit, the establishment of a comprehensive graph.
