全面贯彻落实《中共中央国务院关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》精神,广泛开展全国亿万学生阳光体育运动,用强身健体的实际行动迎接中华人民共和国建国60周年,通过开展冬季长跑活动,磨练青少年学生的意志品质,培养良好的锻炼习惯,有效提高学生体质特别是耐力素质水平,进一步掀起阳光体育运动的新高潮。每天长跑距离(参考)基数为:小学生1000米,初中生1500米,高中生、高校学生2000米。中小学校在法定工作日每天以班级为单位组织学生完成跑步里程,节假日和寒假期间学校应要求学生自觉坚持长跑并做好记录。学校各单位、班级要做好每日长跑活动情况记录,在冬季长跑活动结束时,统计每个学生冬季长跑的总里程。这里就大学生长跑锻炼的益处及防护进行简要介绍。
To comprehensively implement the spirit of “The CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Strengthening Youth Sports and Strengthening Adolescents’ Physical Fitness”, carry out a large number of sunshine sports activities for hundreds of millions of students throughout the country, meet the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China with practical and healthy behaviors, Adhere to the will of young students, cultivate good exercise habits, effectively improve the physical fitness of students, especially endurance quality level, and further set off a new upsurge of sunshine sports. The daily distance traveled (reference) base: primary school students 1000 meters, junior high school students 1500 meters, high school students, college students 2000 meters. Primary and secondary schools organize students to complete their journeys on a daily basis on a statutory working day. During holidays and winter holidays, schools should require the students to insist on long-distance running and keep records. All units and classes in the school should keep a record of their daily running activities. At the end of the winter long-distance running activities, they counted the total mileage of each student’s winter long-distance running.
