目的调查东北边境地区褐家鼠的种群数量及体外寄生革螨、恙螨、蚤的种类组成和生态习性。方法采用笼日法捕鼠,收集鼠体外寄生虫。结果在东北边境地区4个市县共捕获鼠2 449只,其中褐家鼠261只,占10.7%,不同市县、场所、月份的褐家鼠数量组成有所不同。采获褐家鼠体外寄生虫2 758只,计14属26种,其中革螨6属13种,恙螨2属5种,蚤6属8种。优势种群:纳氏厉螨(51.0%),毒厉螨(40.7%);东方纤恙螨(48.6%),田宫新恙螨(33.6%);二齿新蚤(21.3%),升额蚤波蒂斯亚种(14.8%)。褐家鼠体染革螨率(62.6%)及指数(13.4只)最高。褐家鼠体外寄生虫的纳氏厉螨活动季节为5.5个月,在6月下半月(57.5只)和10月上半月(45.0只)出现2次高峰。结论本次研究结果为东北边境地区褐家鼠及体外寄生革螨、恙螨、蚤的种类组成和生态习性的深入研究和防治提供了依据。
Objective To investigate the population size of Rattus norvegicus and the species composition and ecological habits of rodents, chiggers and fleas in the northeast border region of China. Methods Cage method was used to catch mice and ectoparasites were collected. Results A total of 2 449 rats were captured in 4 cities and counties along the northeast border, including 261 brown rodents, accounting for 10.7% of the total. The number of Rattus norvegicus varied in different cities and counties, places and months. 2 758 ectoparasites were collected from Rattus norvegicus, 26 species were found in 14 genera, of which 13 species belong to 6 genera, 5 species belong to 2 genera and 2 species belong to 6 genera. The dominant species were Nephrodidae (51.0%), Poisonous Acarid (40.7%), Chigger mite (48.6%) and Tamiya chigger mites (33.6%), Neophora bidentata (21.3%), Fleatidis subspecies (14.8%). Rattus norvegicus dyed leather mite rate (62.6%) and index (13.4 only) the highest. Rattus norvegicus occurs in 5.5 months in the ectoparasites of Rattus norvegicus, with two peaks in the second half of June (57.5) and the first half of October (45.0). Conclusion The results of this study provide the basis for further study and prevention and control of the species composition and ecological habits of brown rodents and parasitic leather mites, chigger mites and fleas in the northeast border region.
