案例借鉴作为规划项目设计中的重要工作内容之一，长久以来没有形成一套较为合理、有效的借鉴方法，且在规划研究中少有相应的方法论探索。在新数据环境支持下，基于数据增强设计的框架，利用开放数据平台，本文提出了适用于增量和存量规划设计的量化案例借鉴方法，并以通州新城城市设计为例探索了增量型量化案例借鉴方法的应用。研究证明这一方法可为规划设计实践的案例借鉴部分提供理性支撑。
As one of the important work contents in the planning of project design, case reference has not formed a set of more reasonable and effective reference methods for a long time, and there is not a corresponding methodological exploration in planning and research. With the support of the new data environment and based on the framework of data-enhanced design and using the open data platform, this paper proposes a quantitative case reference method suitable for incremental and inventory planning and design, and explores incremental quantification based on the urban design of Tongzhou New City Application of case reference method. The research proves that this method can provide rational support for the case reference part of planning and design practice.
