巴彦淖尔,地处中国北疆,聚集着蒙、汉、回、满、达斡尔等20多个民族,总人口166.92万人。其经济发展在内蒙古自治区处中等偏下。长期以来,受自然、经济、人口等条件限制,巴彦淖尔职业教育发展相较其他发达地区更为艰难。然而,就在这样条件下,巴彦淖尔却为经济欠发达地区职业教育探索出一条扎实可行的发展之路。目前,全市有高等职业院校2所,中等职业学校15所。而其中,就有3所中职校为国家级重点职业学校,且2所被确定为国家示范性中等职业学校;有2个专业被确定为国家级实训基地;1所学校被教育部、人力资源和社会保障部确定为国家级实训基地。全市职业教育走在了自治区前列。穷市办强教育,在这背后到底有怎样的动力和思路,其经验到底有哪些值得总结借鉴?带着这样的问题,记者来到了巴彦淖尔。
Bayannaoer, located in northern China, gathered in Mongolia, Han, Hui, Manchuria, Daur and other more than 20 nationalities, with a total population of 1.6692 million. Its economic development in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region at the lower middle. For a long time, due to the constraints of nature, economy and population, the development of Bayannur’s vocational education is more difficult than that of other developed regions. However, under such conditions, Bayannahur has explored a viable road to development for vocational education in economically underdeveloped areas. At present, there are 2 higher vocational colleges and 15 secondary vocational schools in the city. Among them, there are 3 vocational schools for the state-level key vocational schools, and 2 were identified as the national model secondary vocational schools; 2 professional was identified as a national training base; a school by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security identified as a national training base. Vocational education in the city walk in the forefront of the autonomous region. What kind of motivation and train of thought would be behind this poor education? What kind of experience is worth learning from? In such a question, the reporter came to Bayannur.
