将膳食因素与锌摄入量作多元线性回归分析 ,得出多元回归方程 :锌摄入 (mg) =- 0 42 6 + 0 0 5 3×蛋白质摄入 (g)+ 0 0 0 3×磷摄入 (mg) + 0 2 34×锌贮留 (mg) + 0 0 78×粗纤维摄入 (g) (n =2 7,P <0 0 0 1,R2 =0 92 7)。初步认为 5~ 6岁儿童每日摄入 5~ 6mg锌就能保证发育 ,这个锌摄入水平可能是目前膳食条件下锌的需要量。从多元回归方程可以看出 ,锌的需要量受膳食因素影响。各国各地区居民膳食因素不同 ,所以锌需要量也不完全一致。

As can be seen from the multiple regression equation, the zinc requirement is affected by dietary factors. The dietary factors of residents in different regions and regions are different, so the zinc requirement is not exactly the same.
