“软实力”与城市文化发展——新型公共关系理论在城市文化发展中的战略思考

在公共关系的诸多理论中,以美国学者哈罗为代表的“管理说”、以美国学者希尔滋为代表的“关系说”、以英国学者弗兰金斯为代表的“传播说”是较为传统的三种公共关系理论。这三种理论为公共关系学科的建立和发展,都不同程度地涉及了城市文化发展中的形象与文化问题。但是,随着社会的发展,学科的演进,这三种理论的局限日益凸显出来:这些理论都过多囿于单一学科(如侧重管理学、社会学、传播学),且大都停留在公共关系研究的一般关系研究的层面。正是如此,这三种公共关系理论缺乏作为一门独立学科的学术深 Among the many theories of public relations, the “theory of management” represented by the American scholar Harrow, the “relationship theory” represented by American scholar Hirsh, the British scholar Francis Flanders, “Spread that ” is a more traditional three kinds of public relations theory.
