6月27日～7月1日。由水利部建设与管理司主持召开的白石水库工程造价静态控制、动态管理试点总结暨水利工程建设阶段造价管理研讨会在辽宁省白石水库建管局召开。水利部建设与管理司司长俞衍升、辽宁省水利厅厅长仲刚以及水利部各直属单位和全国各省水利厅的代表共67人参加了会议。

The construction and management of the Ministry of Water Resources, Whitehead Reservoir Project hosted by the static cost control, dynamic management of pilot cum summary of water conservancy construction stage cost management seminar was held in Liaoning Province Baishi Reservoir Building Management Bureau. Yu Yan-sheng, director of the Department of Construction and Management of the Ministry of Water Resources, Zhong Gang, director of the Liaoning Provincial Department of Water Conservancy, and representatives of various water conservancy departments directly under the Ministry of Water Resources and various provincial water conservancy departments attended the meeting.
