鱼类的血液组成与外界环境条件密切相关,季节、饵料和性成熟度等都会引起血液组成的变化。苏联已证明了鲟科鱼类可根据幼鱼的血液组成判断出它所消耗饵料的质量。日本亦报道了养殖的当年(鱼师)鱼,由喂生鱼改饲配合饵料后,红血球数量和血红蛋白容量减少,且幼鱼较成鱼明显。我国对鱼类血液的研究和报道甚少。随着石油蛋白等新饵料蛋白在渔业中的应用,是否也可以用鱼类血液组成的某些指标来鉴定它们对鱼的安全性和营养价值呢?为此,我们于1978年作了探讨性试验,因鱼数少,实验中误差在所难免,测得之值,供青鱼新饵源的开辟、科学配制和评价人工配合饵料、鱼病的血液学诊断等作参考。
