The dynamic factors of knowledge service in university libraries are discussed from the macro, meso and micro levels. The continuous demand of users is the macroscopic motivation of library knowledge; knowledge development, knowledge sharing and performance-centered strategic learning are the motivation of library knowledge services; while libraries and librarians in network and virtual environment The conversion of roles, librarians knowledge service skills and improve the level of library knowledge services is the micro-motivation.
