目的:运用近红外光谱法建立道地产区生地黄中梓醇含量的近红外光谱定量分析模型。方法:利用HPLC测定样品中梓醇的含量,运用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立其含量与NIR光谱之间的校正模型,并对未知样品进行预测。结果:校正集内部交叉验证决定系数R2为0.993 83,交互验证均方根偏差RMSEC为0.087 5,预测均方根偏差RMSEP为0.032 0。结论:利用近红外光谱法测定生地黄中梓醇的含量是可行的,该法具有快速、简便、无损等特点。
Objective: To establish a quantitative model of catalpol content in Radix Rehmanniae Preparata by near-infrared spectroscopy. Methods: The content of catalpol in the sample was determined by HPLC. The calibration model between the content and the NIR spectrum was established by partial least squares (PLS), and the unknown samples were predicted. Results: The R2 of internal cross-validation coefficient of calibration set was 0.993 83, RMSEC of cross-validation was 0.087 5, RMSEP of prediction root mean square was 0.032 0. Conclusion: It is feasible to determine the content of catalpol in Radix Rehmanniae with near infrared spectroscopy. The method is rapid, simple and nondestructive.
