抗除草剂棉花的培育具有重要的农业生产利用价值。以常规棉花材料为受体,对转化受体的愈伤和幼苗进行草甘膦抗性浓度梯度的筛选试验;在此基础上,利用自主知识产权的草甘膦基因进行多抗草甘膦转化试验,获得了具有草甘膦抗性的棉花再生植株。PCR检测结果表明,该基因已被成功转入棉花受体基因组中。该研究结果可为后续抗草甘膦棉花的选育研究提供必要的新种质资源。
Herbicide-resistant cotton has important agricultural production and utilization value. Using conventional cotton material as the receptor, the transformation of the callus and the seedling of the transformed receptor were tested for the concentration gradient of glyphosate resistance. On the basis of this, glyphosate-resistant genes with independent intellectual property were used for glyphosate conversion In the experiment, regenerated cotton plants with glyphosate resistance were obtained. PCR test results showed that the gene has been successfully transferred into the cotton receptor genome. The results of this study can provide the necessary new germplasm resources for the subsequent selection of glyphosate-resistant cotton.
