我队週树海坑探机組七月份以廿六个台班,完成进尺任务113.50公尺,平均台班效率达到4.365公尺,爆破率平均为92%。該機台作业坑口經常保持2—4个工作面,主要岩石为偉晶岩f=8~10,爆破性較好,配置在該作業坑口的动力設备系75(?)移动式空气压縮机一台,风压情況良好,終压达到5.5个大气压以上,使用炭素鋼十字形釺凿岩,釺頭平均直徑为42公厘,有气支架、手搖推进器及容量100公升水桶各一套,01—30型凿岩机二台,一台备用。取得这样高的台班效率采取的主要手段系單机多掌作业,在劳动組織上也作了一些探索性的調整,并采取了几項重要的技术措施。这些經驗大致可以归納为如下几方面:
