介绍了一种挤压成形的钝感、无毒双基推进剂的研制情况。该推进剂的研制分为两个阶段。首先,根据技术估算,法国国营火药炸药公司(SNPE)研制了一种应用于火箭发动机的钝感推进剂;后来,又用更有利于保护环境的弹道改性添加剂替代了原有的铝基成份。现在,这种挤压成形双基推进剂(EDB)配方能用于任何需要钝感、无毒推进剂的新方案中。目前,正在考虑在现行的空对地火箭方案(如HYDRA70)中,用SD1178替代常规双基推进剂。据悉,这方面的试验已经开始进行。
Introduced a kind of extrusion forming the sense of insensitivity, non-toxic double base propellant research and development. The development of the propellant is divided into two stages. First of all, based on technical estimates, SNPE has developed an insensitive propellant for use in rocket motors; later, it replaces the existing aluminum-based components with ballistic-modifying additives that are more environmentally friendly . Now, this extruded dual base propellant (EDB) formulation can be used in any new solution that requires insensitive, non-toxic propellants. Currently, SD1178 is being replaced as a conventional double-base propellant in the current space-to-Earth rocket program (such as HYDRA70). It is reported that tests in this area have already begun.
