本文以档案学本科生为对象进行专业认同调查,发现普遍存在对本专业认同度不高、学习热情较低、档案职业选择倾向性不强、对档案专业所需技能认识不清等问题。同时,对影响档案学本科生专业认同度的专业课老师、个人因素、档案实践活动三大主要因素进行分析,提出提升档案学本科生专业认同度的若干建议,即提升教师自身素质、教学中注重理论和实践相结合、丰富教学方式。
This article takes the undergraduates of archivism as the subject to conduct the professional identity survey, finds that there is a widespread problem such as the low recognition of the profession, the low enthusiasm for learning, the weak propensity of the career choice of the archives and the lack of understanding of the skills needed for the archivist. At the same time, this paper analyzes three major factors that affect professional degree of undergraduates majoring in Archivology, personal factors and practical activities of archives, and puts forward some suggestions on how to enhance professional identity of undergraduates in archive science, that is, improving the quality of teachers and focusing on teaching Combination of theory and practice, enriching teaching methods.
