根据省委组织部和无锡市委组织部文件要求,无锡市第二中学、无锡市糖烟公司、无锡市港航监督处、无锡市同仁医院被确定为干部档案工作达标升级基层试点单位.经过几个月的努力,在1997年底四个单位均顺利通过了一级标准验收考评.我曾参与达标工作的指导,并参加了市干部档案达标验收考评工作,认为这四个单位的一些成功经验和做法,对于今年在全市全面推开干部档案管理达标升级活动,提高全市干部档案管理水平有促进作用.一、领导直视起点高首先,四个单位的领导都切实加强对干部档案达标升级工作的领导,把这项工作列入1997年工作计划,摆上议事日程.主要领导亲自负责.参与或过问计划的制订,落实措施,协调解决遇到的问题,并分阶段进行监督、检查和指导.在干部档案达标升级验收中,我们对主管领导进行了干部档案基本业务知识的测试,无锡市二中党总支书记、同仁医院院长都取得了较好的成绩.
