泰兴市总工会扩大基层信息员覆盖面,从全市各个乡镇(街道)、系统中选聘了92名基层信息员,并确立了四项工作制度:1、择优选聘制度。基层信息员从全市不同所有制类型、不同行业、不同规模的企事业、机关单位一线职工中进行择优选聘,实行一年一聘。2、学习培训制度。泰兴市总工会每年对新聘任的基层信息员进行信息工作专题辅导,明确工作要求、工作目标及信息报送点。3、信息报送制度。坚持真实、及时、准确原则,在调查研究的基础上,着力于全局性、综合性、专题性、对策性等深层次信息报送。
