介绍了消失模铸造工艺及工艺过程 ;对消失模铸造生产线中 6大工序功能和配套设备 ,以及长枪退式加料法、浇注理论和工艺方法的创新、涂料配方的改进等做了阐述。消失模铸造在石油机械制造中的创新应用获得了良好的效果和效益 ,表现在 :(1 )铸件无飞边毛刺 ,表面粗糙度提高 3~ 4级。 (2 )铸件品质提升 ,其价格比砂型铸件提高 1 0 %~ 2 0 %。 (3)由于采用除尘系统和尾气处理系统 ,固体污染物排放减少 80 % ,气体污染物排放减少 90 % ;泡沫气化尾气净化率99 6 8% ,实现了达标排放 ,减轻了铸造车间的污染。 (4 )铸件单重比砂型铸造平均减轻 3%~1 5 % ,减少铸件的后续机械加工量 ,机械加工费用节省 5 %~ 1 0 %。
The process and process of lost foam casting are introduced. Lost foam casting in the oil machinery manufacturing innovation and application of the obtained good results and benefits, manifested in: (1) castings without flash burr, surface roughness increased by 3 to 4 levels. (2) improve the quality of castings, the price increase sand castings 10% ~ 20%. (3) Due to the adoption of dedusting system and exhaust gas treatment system, the discharge of solid pollutants is reduced by 80% and the discharge of gas pollutants by 90%; the purifying rate of foam gasification exhaust gas is 99.68%, achieving the discharge standards and reducing the pollution of the foundry . (4) The average casting weight per unit area of castings is 3% ~ 15% less than that of sand casting. The subsequent mechanical processing of castings is reduced, and the machining costs are saved by 5% ~ 10%.
