首次对港口10t 门座起重机整机气动弹性模型在均匀流风场及边界层模拟风场中进行了风洞试验,研究了在港口常见风速范围内,8个主要典型风向下3个有代表性的四连杆系统俯仰角时门庄起重机的激励特性、振动特性和危险工况.试验发现,拉杆在顺风向也有较强的涡激振动现象.根据试验结果,文中还建议了门座起重机抗风设计的两条主要原则.
For the first time, a wind tunnel test was conducted on the aeroelastic model of the whole port 10t portal crane in the uniform flow wind field and the boundary layer simulation wind field. It was studied that within the common wind speed range of the port, there are 8 representative typical winds down to 3 representative ones. Motivation characteristics, vibration characteristics and dangerous working conditions of the Menzhuang crane when the pitch angle of the four-link system is used. The test found that the tie rod also has strong vortex-induced vibration in the downwind direction. According to the test results, the portal crane is also recommended for wind resistance.
