用Mg、Al、P、Ca等改质剂对ZSM-5沸石进行改性。用脉冲色谱反应系统评价了它对甲醇转化成低碳烯烃的反应性能。以Mg、Al、P、Sy、Sb改性的沸石对生成低碳烃有较高的选择性。对改性后的沸石进行了酸强度分布的测定,烯烃产率随沸石的弱酸中心(Ho=6.8-3.3)的增加而增加。芳烃产率随沸石强酸中心(Ho≤-3.0)的增加而增加。阳离子的电负性直接影响沸石表面的酸强度和酸浓度。 ZSM-5 zeolite was modified with modifiers such as Mg, Al, P, Ca and so on. The reaction system of methanol to light olefins was evaluated by pulse-chromatography reaction system. Zeolites modified with Mg, Al, P, Sy and Sb are more selective for the formation of lower hydrocarbons. The modified zeolite was tested for its acid strength distribution and the olefin yield increased with increasing weak acid sites (Ho = 6.8-3.3). The yield of arene increases with the increase of zeolite acid sites (Ho≤-3.0). The electronegativity of the cation directly affects the acid strength and acid concentration of the zeolite surface.
