互联网时代的到来必然给旅游行业带来方方面面的冲击,其大量涌现的产品和不断壮大的网络营销模式引起旅行服务业的巨大变化,与此同时,旅游服务业日渐成为我国战略性支柱产业,承载国民娱乐生活的重任,散客化的游客消费行为和在线化的商业模式成为一大趋势,人们也越来越重视个性化和品牌化的服务。本文通过阅读大量文献,分析传统旅行社管理的不足,探索互联网时代对旅行社行业的影响,从而为旅行社管理发展提出可行性建议。
The advent of the Internet era will inevitably bring about all aspects of the impact on the tourism industry. The large number of emerging products and the ever-expanding network marketing model have caused tremendous changes in the travel service industry. At the same time, the travel service industry has become a strategic pillar industry in our country. The heavy responsibility of the national entertainment life, individualized tourists spending behavior and online business model has become a major trend, people pay more and more attention to personalized and branded services. Through reading a large amount of literature, this paper analyzes the shortage of traditional travel agency management and explores the impact of the Internet age on the travel agency industry, and puts forward feasible suggestions for the development of travel agency management.
