为了解决飞行器结构中由于结构刚度引起的许多实际问题,更好的挖掘结构的潜能,提出了在结构设计初期采取主动结构刚度设计思想,即主动结构刚度设计法。主动结构刚度设计方法是在结构设计初期提出刚度要求,采用比较法或优化设计法,设计出满足刚度特性的最优结构。算例分别就变形和频率这两种典型的刚度问题运用主动结构刚度设计思想进行结构设计,结果对比发现,目标函数与初始值相比有明显的改进。
In order to solve many practical problems caused by structural rigidity in aircraft structure and to better excavate the potential of the structure, an active structure stiffness design idea is proposed in the early stage of structure design, namely the active structure stiffness design method. The design method of active structural rigidity is to put forward the rigidity requirement in the early stage of structural design, and to adopt the comparative method or optimization design method to design the optimal structure to meet the stiffness characteristics. An example is used to design the structural stiffness of the two typical stiffness problems of deformation and frequency, respectively. The results show that the objective function is obviously improved compared with the initial value.
