目的探讨TNF-α基因启动子SNP-C/T(rs1799724)和ALCAM基因3’UTR区SNP-A/G(rs11559013)位点与HCV慢性感染的相关性.方法入选云南地区汉族人群HCV慢性感染患者434例,健康体检人群444例.采用Taq Man探针基因分型方法对TNF-α基因启动子SNP-C/T(rs1799724)和ALCAM基因3’UTR区SNP-A/G(rs11559013)的2个位点进行基因分型,评估上述2个SNPs与HCV慢性感染的相关性.结果在病例组和对照组中,TNF-α基因启动子SNP-C/T(rs1799724)和ALCAM基因3’UTR区SNP-A/G(rs11559013)基因型频率和等位基因频率差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05).结论在云南汉族群体中,TNF-α基因启动子SNP-C/T(rs1799724)和ALCAM基因3’UTR区SNP-A/G(rs11559013)与HCV慢性感染没有相关性.
Objective To investigate the association between TNF-α gene promoter SNP-C / T (rs1799724) and ALCAM gene 3’UTR SNP-A / G (rs11559013) and HCV chronic infection.Methods The chronic hepatitis C (434 cases) and 444 healthy subjects (444 cases) .The genotypes of TNF-α gene promoter SNP-C / T (rs1799724) and ALCAM gene 3’UTR SNP-A / G 2 loci were genotyped to evaluate the correlation between the two SNPs and HCV chronic infection.Results In the case group and the control group, the SNP-C / T (rs1799724) and ALCAM gene 3 ’ There was no significant difference in SNP-A / G (rs11559013) genotype frequency and allele frequencies between UTRs (P> 0.05) .Conclusion The SNP-C / T promoter of TNF- And SNP-A / G (rs11559013) in 3’UTR region of ALCAM gene were not associated with chronic HCV infection.
