引言本文深入地分析了蔡司型和国产JD9A类型测长机消除导轨误差引起仪器一阶误差的原理,这对正确、全面地了解测长机仪器原理和对阿贝原则应用的延伸有很大帮助。一、广义阿贝原则 1893年艾兰斯特·阿贝教授对量仪提出了下述指导性原则:“如果要使量仪得出正确的测量结果,那末,必须将仪器读数刻度尺(即测量基准)安放在被测量件的测量中心线的延长线上。”
Introduction This paper analyzes in depth ZEISS-type and domestic JD9A type length measuring machine to eliminate rail error caused by the first-order error of the instrument principle, which is correct and comprehensive understanding of the principle of measuring machine and the extension of the Abbey principle is helpful . I. GENERALIZED ABER PRINCIPLES Professor Alan Lance Abe proposed the following guiding principle for measuring instruments in 1893: “If the measuring instrument is to produce the correct measurement results, then the instrument reading scale (ie, Measurement reference) is placed on the extension of the measuring center line of the part to be measured. ”
