记者:因为货币分房政策的出台,各地许多装修公司开始纷纷介入住宅装修,但是存在的问题还不少,能否请您谈一些看法?曾坚:最近,大型公共建筑如旅馆、办公楼、商店等的室内设计任务已很难接,许多设计及施工单位自然会把目光转向开始走入商品化轨道的住宅。人们买下房后,也想好好装修一番。一些装修公司原来觉得住宅简单、利薄且又繁杂,所以不想做。现在见市场变化,又想去做,但仍不免只看到眼前利益,不能认真去对待这个前途远大的市场。加上目前这个市场尚不规范,所以问题较多,主要表现在以下几方面:
