一、刨电极双重角度斜面夹具加工刮板输送机连接销锻模时用的石墨电极,制作工序见图1。该电极需要刨削两个对称的双重角度斜面(45°斜面上的3°斜面)。如采用扳双层角度的办法,夹具结构复杂、庞大。通过空间角度计算,采用“扭一角、扳一角”的方法组装夹具,结构大为简化。现以加工E面为例,介绍这种方法,定位基准的选择见图1。

Now to the processing of E-surface, for example, introduce this method, the positioning of the benchmark shown in Figure 1.
