目前,房地产行业发展的迅猛势头随着房地产相关政策的出台以及各地土地资源的高度开发而被有效遏止,诸多房地产相关的机构和行业都在寻找新的经济增长点。养老地产在我国尚属新兴领域,但它将在未来几年内被资本迅速炒热,而更多的地产商或将持资踏入。养老地产以及城市综合运营等低风险业态被定义为“新的盈利增长点”。实践证明:一个产品存在的前提就是市场存在着需求,而如果需求达到一定程度,必然会催生出相当多的商业产品来满足这个需求。养老产业的需求虽然一直存在,但随着经济发展,人们日益富裕,观念也发生着变化,市场教育一旦形成,推出满足需求的产品就只是一个时间上的问题。地产“大佬”布局
