目的 观察脂质体猪苓多糖抗B16 黑色素瘤肝转移癌的作用。方法 将制备的B16 黑色素瘤单细胞悬液注入同系小鼠脾内制备肝转移癌小鼠模型,用游离猪苓多糖( 每次每只小鼠60μg) 、空白脂质体和脂质体猪苓多糖( 含猪苓多糖60μg) 分别处理小鼠,15 天后观察小鼠肝表面的癌结节数目。结果 脂质体猪苓多糖能显著减少B16黑色素瘤肝转移癌结节数目( P< 0 .01) ,空白脂质体组和游离猪苓多糖组小鼠肝转移癌结节数目,与对照组比较无明显差异( P>0 .05) 。结论 脂质体猪苓多糖具有抑制B16 黑色素瘤肝转移癌生长的作用
Objective To observe the effect of liposomal Polyporus polysaccharide against hepatic metastatic carcinoma of B16 melanoma. Methods A mouse model of hepatic metastasis was prepared by injecting a single cell suspension of B16 melanoma into the spleen of syngeneic mice, using free swine staft polysaccharide (60 μg/mouse per mouse), blank liposomes and liposomes. Polysaccharides (containing 60 μg of Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide) were administered to the mice respectively, and the number of cancerous nodules on the liver surface of mice was observed after 15 days. Results The liposomes polyporus polysaccharide significantly reduced the number of hepatic metastatic nodules in B16 melanoma (P<0.01), and the number of hepatic metastatic nodules in the blank liposome group and the free polyporus polysaccharide group was comparable to that of the control group. There was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Liposomal Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharides inhibit the growth of liver metastases in B16 melanoma
