人力资源的管理是现代企业在经营管理中最为主要的组成部分,公司、企业利用科学合理的管理方式对人才进行利用与开发,对企业的发展非常重要。随着经济和科技的快速发展,我国煤炭企业在现阶段取得了较快的发展,本文主要分析研究了煤炭行业中人力资源的管理弊端与不足,针对这些问题提出了集约化的人力资源管理制度以及现代化的人力资源管理方式,对提升煤炭企业核心竞争力以及经营管理水平有一定的积极作用。
The management of human resources is the most important part of modern enterprise management.
