本文研究了不同胶材体系(水泥—Ⅰ级粉煤灰、水泥—磷渣粉、磷酸盐水泥)、硫酸亚铁溶液处理对植生混凝土植生性能的影响,以及适生材料的配制及填充方式。研究表明:磷酸盐水泥可直接用于制备植生多孔混凝土,胶凝材料中大掺量磷渣粉结合硫酸亚铁溶液降碱处理制备的植生多孔混凝土抗压强度、孔隙率及p H值均可满足植生性需要,多次灌浆法可有效对适生材料进行填充,制备的植生混凝土植被根系穿透多孔混凝土层进入土壤,植被生长状况良好。
In this paper, the effects of different adhesive systems (cement-I fly ash, cement-phosphorus slag powder, phosphate cement) and ferrous sulfate solution on plantation performance of planting concrete and the preparation and filling of suitable materials were studied. The results show that phosphate cement can be used directly in the preparation of porous cellular concrete. The compressive strength, porosity and p H value of the cellular porous concrete prepared by adding a large amount of phosphorus slag powder and ferrous sulfate solution in the cementitious material can be reduced directly. To meet the needs of plant growth, multiple grouting method can effectively fill the suitable material, and the prepared concrete has penetrated the porous concrete layer into the soil, and the vegetation grows well.
